There are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts that will bring you from the airport to the Island. However, please note that while on the island, there are NO Ubers and Lyfts available. If you would like to explore the Island, we highly recommend renting a car. You can pick up your rental car at the Charleston Airport. If you are not renting a car, please arrange for a car service to take you back to the airport in advance. There are no Ubers and Lyfts on Kiawah Island so we highly recommend getting a car if you would like to explore. However, there will be shuttles to and from the events, with pick up and drop off at the Sanctuary Hotel.

Although we love your little ones, both the Welcome Party and the Wedding are adult only affairs. Please reach out directly to Lily and Matt if you will need babysitting services.

For the welcome party: Casual For women, sundresses and skirts are appropriate. For men, khakis, button-downs, and/or a jacket are appropriate. While the welcome party will be primarily inside, expect that the ocean breeze might be chilly so please dress accordingly For the wedding: Black Tie Optional The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, so please dress accordingly.
